Hospice of the Piedmont is currently recruiting for a Hospice and Palliative Care Physician. Position is responsible for providing hospice and palliative care services in private homes, long term care facilities, hospitals and in our own inpatient facility.
The successful candidate will be motivated and passionate about excellence in patient care. MD or DO with Board Certification is required. Board Certification or eligibility for certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine is preferred.

Richmond County Hospice, Inc. is seeking a full time, Chief Clinical Officer. This position will oversee Hospice Home Care and Inpatient Facility staff to ensure patient care meets all quality, compliance and accreditation standards as well as local, state and federal regulations. Candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices, policies and procedures to assure continuity of care. The ideal candidate will also possess effective leadership, communication and mentoring skills. Candidates must be organized and have clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to effectively plan and oversee the coordination of patient care. The position reports directly to the Executive Director.
Requirements: BSN or a MSN with CHPN preferred. Home health and hospice experience, with three to five years of supervisory experience required.

Job Title: Hospice Implementation Specialist and Sales Demos - Clinical Focus

Job Description: The position involves applying your hospice care and prior supervisory/management experience as well as presentation skills in the following areas:
- Sales DEMOs
- Working for and with CareAnyware Sales, provide detailed, professionally delivered sales demonstrations of the CareAnyware solution to potential Hospice clients, focusing on the clinical point of care and clinical office operations and the CareAnyware value equation. Demos are provided both via remote webinars or onsite.
- This role is initially expected to take 20% of available time, but with the goal to grow this position to a sole focus on demonstrations full time.
- Implementation and Training
- Given the initial focus of 20% on hospice demonstrations, the position will be integrated into CareAnyware working also with Implementation and Training. Initially 80% of time will be dedicated to implementation management and training.
- Performs detailed CareAnyware product training sessions (i.e. clinical point of care/electronic medical record/office systems) on location and at the CareAnyware corporate office.
- Develops and maintains project plans and coordinating resources to meet client's implementation & training schedules to transition the CareAnyware solution into the hospice organization. Adjusts project plan to adapt to clients needs and issues, but co-leads the project to result in outcomes consistent with targeted best practices identified by CareAnyware.
- Provides advice and consultation to help clients adopt best practices using the system in their hospice organizations
- Partners with the CareAnyware customer, typically Hospice Administrators, Clinical and Senior Managers, to move the project and change management process forward in a timely manner, applying best practice but, as needed, customizing the implementation process to each Hospice to ensure a successful transition.
- Builds organizational process definition with client to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing management using the application.
- Simultaneously manage multiple client implementations
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would be an RN with a minimum of 5 years hospice clinical experience and/or prior experience in a hospice supervisory or management role. Experience using a Clinical Information System and providing staff training.
- Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills.
- Given the project management role within the position, they should be a skilled problem solver, well organized and able to operate independently/ self-directed
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects and meet critical deadlines
- Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail, professional presentation skills and ability to work with complex projects.
TRAVEL: Overnight travel (50-60%) is required.
LOCATION: Relocation to the Research Triangle Area of North Carolina is not required but preferred. The position can telecommute from a home office.
