Funds to support The Carolinas Center for Hospice and End of Life Care, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, come from United Way, private grants and gifts, membership dues from hospice provider members, supportive organizations, educational events, and individuals. The Center is grateful for the support of foundations and individuals to promote hospice and end of life care issues throughout the Carolinas.
